Nothing good now. All good people left.

Partners fighting openly. Company will close. Stay away if you want job stability. Day by day I am seeing worst situations and i see peoples are quiting....../

Cons

Company threatens employees all times. If you are on H1B visa don't join. They will blackmail you and harass and treat like slave. They will never apply GC. First talk to former employees for sharing their experience

Very nice building and centrally located in kirkland. most likely they own the entire building. great at making false promises!

Cons

Everything about this company is false/phony/sham. I say this not without a reason. in fact, I have these TOP 10, that I could gather: 1. only a handful of clients, most income is from rent money 2. any offshore development is done through subcontracting 3. offshore is mainly for tax avoidance 4. product is all hoax to attract investors 5. managers are all traveling to exotic places with the money generated from the only one client. they are all pretending to be "meeting with clients" 6. defrauded every former partners/co-founders 7. all positive reviews are forcibly written by a handful of employees whose immigration is on the line 8. All developers are engaged in multiple projects so that they can double bill clients by working the same 40 hours work week. clients do not know one another. 10. look at the turnover of the senior management

SmarTek21 takes great pride in our teams all over the world. We understand that this is not the environment for everyone and work hard in determining skillful and cultural fit in the vetting and hiring process. We are saddened that some take to dishonest defamatory and slanderous reviews when non-performance is discovered. Fortunately for SmarTek21, none of the stated review is truthful. We do not own our buildings - we lease; therefore, no income is from rent money, our newest 'real' product is being used in several of our clients, there is no fraud of any kind, no forced coercion, and our talented senior executive management team is solid, unified, and is having the best year to date. We understand these are difficult times which seemingly is bringing out the most negative in people but SmarTek21 sincerely wishes you well in your next endeavor.
