Pros

Not a bad entry point for starting an IT career. But if you have any amount of IT skills your services can be put to use by a better company. The amount of abuse you're going to get from customers will be enough to equip you with the skills to deal with irate customers for the rest of your career.

Cons

Pretty much everything about working here is a con

Pros

Working overnight was good and fun. Helping customers.

Cons

Comcast contract, most customers already irate by the time they get to you due to comcast's other departments and garbage equipment they send people. Micro management is horrible

Pros

overtime, pay per hour i guess, bonus's based on metrics- only if you make sales, lots of sales

Cons

training was okay, but they do not prepare you for everything, and actually you kinda just get thrown out there not realizing that its so convoluted when you need an answer on how to do your job. it sucked. your job relies on a sales qouta, even though you are tech support for very angry customers who think you have to fix their (i helped comcast customers, but you could be doing the other company, cox) non-related emails, which you arent even able to do becuase its not your job/company! ffs, get microsoft to help with microsoft issues! (when i left in january, the company was kinda low-key crashing becuase they were asking for so many sales)
