Pros

Good co workers, decent benefits, work from home; good resume builder

Cons

This company has a real problem with honesty. They will lie to you during the initial interview to get you in the door and after that... This is DEFINITELY not a company that can be trusted. Other problems are tools that constantly break causing poor metrics for the techs that the company will sometimes blame the tech for ; low pay; there is constant confusion about what we should be doing (policies and procedures)

Pros

Work from home easy hire they do offer benefits but pay is so low it's too expensive

Cons

Does not give you time to complete the paper work they ask you to fill out. This should be done prior to training or time allowed to get in the paper work. strict attendance policy, if you are having computer issues and aren't able to respond during role call you are kicked out and clocked in late. does not allow time off without pto Training is less than desired pay is extremely low for full time.

Pros

yeah...stating the obvious, working from home is cool...absolutely no other Pros

Cons

- Horrific pay - No chance for a raise...ever - Abusive customers - No freedom to actually try to help a customer...you MUST stick to a hard sell script at all times. - schedule is based not on how good you are, but on how much behind you kiss. - incompetent and arrogant management - Comcast is the most reviled ISP in the world...support.com does their level 1 tech support...you do the math.
