Easy work, but no support system

Take calls for Comcast They just throw you in after "training" and let you do the thing, might feel like you're drowning at first (didn't even teach us how to not auto answer the next call). They might randomly change your schedule to a schedule you are not able to work.

I am sorry you feel you did not receive the support you needed to be successful. We offer 5 weeks of paid comprehensive training and two weeks of nesting prior to the production environment. We do feel our training program is strong. Schedule changes are completed with a minimum of a two-week notice in all programs. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

The pay was good, but not for the support we were providing. Hired and paid as tier 1 but actually providing tier 2.

Cons

Put in a notice for resignation (i.e. 2 weeks notice) was told by my supervisor that notices are not accepted and that my resignation was effective immediately, leaving me without a paycheck until i start my new job.

We do ask that employees work their full notice period, and that they continue to represent the company in a positive and productive manner. If an employee cannot work the full notice, we do accept a resignation immediately, but we always inform the employee of the reason why.
