Surescripts still has some growing to do in terms of processes, but nothing that would cause one stress in the account management department

Pros

Good culture here. Upper management has made great strides in improving the culture and the general vibe is positive. Every office feels a little different but everyone seems to like what they are doing. Pay is very competitive with other places.

Cons

Not necessarily a "Con" but there is always something important that needs to be done so this can potentially impact work-life balance. Parking is not free but that is par for the course in downtown Minneapolis.

Pros

Great company with a good culture. Everyone seems to like their jobs. HR is putting a great effort to make the company a great place to work including training and corporate events. Management is open-minded. People who work here are smart and very helpful. Pay is very competitive. Work schedule or Telecommuting is possible depending on the group.

Cons

Parking is not free. Depends on what groups you are with, there could be long hours on a periodic basis.
