No diversity. Management and executives don't communicate well with employees. Employee FEEDBACK is worth looking in to. Team members constantly stab you in the back to further themselves. Constant gossip in the Denver office. Constant meetings to have meetings on top of meetings with no resolution. If you do not work in the Denver office you are a forgotten soul and have no opinion whatsoever. Swisslog will never be a customer friendly company. You are set up to fail!

Very cut throat. co-workers will dime upi out to management for the stupidest things. Absolutely no collaboration and a toxic environment that starts with upper management. unrealistic timelines and expectations. Very strict work environment that borderlines on lunacy. I made huge mistake accepting the position. A Chinese company owns Kuka which is German of which owns Swisslog which is swiss. There are so many hands in the pot its one jumbled up mess. Trying to do a simple task takes approval from europe and can take weeks. Very frustrating.
