1. No growth, there's no growth even after 2 years. They will promise you about IJP and their iaspire program, but both are of no use. IJPs are rolled out once in a blue moon and regarding iaspire program, you'll get no response from them even if you apply there. 2. You'll be asked to compensate for their fault. Whether it's their server issue or lost hours due to their maintenance work, you'll have to extend your shift even after logging in on time. 3. A late login will be marked even if you login 1 sec late, and when it comes to salary hike and promotion, it will get delayed by even 5-6 months without any question. 4. No leaves, no holidays. They will ask you to work even if you die, it doesn't matter to them, they only want their volume to be handled. 5. No matter how well you perform, they will try to find your negatives especially if you don't butter your TL and team coaches 6. If you butter your TL , you'll be promoted as a mentor without IJP.
