Cons

No objective method of evaluating its employees mostly relying on anecdotal feedback. Fake it till you make it approach sometimes employing tactics that are morally questionable. Unethical practices done by key employees with no action taken. Disjointed recruitment process where people with the right skills are given wrong jobs Feedback given by employees that are not acted on .

Agents are resilient despite of the multiple challenges

- Unfair employee treatment or the lack therof - Insufficient company benefits - Lack of leadership. Always playing the "Blame Game" - Little to no incentives - No background checks for incoming employees - No exit interviews for outgoing employees - The I-am-your-manager-you-do-what-I-say attitude - Complete disregard to employee feedback - Key people leaving the company. There's a reason for this but no one is listening.
