-Surrounded by great co-workers. They truly understand team work and we all pull together to make sure our projects are successful -Exciting growth phase. I have already worked on many different projects with many different client types. The potential for growing my own industry knowledge is limitless -Input into direction of the company. Upper management makes me feel like a trusted adviser and actively seeks out ideas and feedback for our initiatives within the company

Cons

-Being a part of a 24/7 operation means sometimes it is a struggle to find work/life balance. -We don't have the full suite of operations technology available to larger businesses which makes some of the processes manual however this will definitely improve as we grow

What I love most about TaskUs is that the team is fairly young and we thrive off collaboration and continually pushing ourselves to come up with great ideas. It's rare to work with people you want to spend time outside of the office with but I was lucky enough to find that here! Everybody is receptive to feedback (both good and bad). Although we work really hard, we still manage to have a good time too! I honestly couldn't ask for better coworkers and my superiors truly care about my overall satisfaction with my role in the company. I am apart of all aspects of the company and feel fortunate for the opportunity to get into the nitty gritty of starting a company from scratch. The team in the Philippines make it all worth it.

Long hours and can be stressful...but what jobs aren't these days?

-Small team in Santa Monica, very tight nit group of people. Small enough to where your opinions and choices will impact the company in many ways and are always heard but big enough to know that it is not going anywhere and is only growing. -Has doubled in revenue the last 3 years. -Very transparent as to where the company is going -Great management team -Continuous improvement -Create your own success

Cons

If you do not enjoy a start up culture, this is not the place for you. It is a very dynamic team and many times we need to be ready to wear multiple hats.
