      Pros

      What I love most about TaskUs is that it's a true meritocracy. Despite age or experience, everyone checks their ego at the door - the right answer is the one that gets results. It's an incredibly collaborative environment full of bright people who regularly challenge you to produce better results and do more with less. Everyone is open to regular feedback and personal growth. Cool perks: meditation classes, open vacation policy, standing desks

      Cons

      Though I suspect it has to do with the company's fast growth, priorities can often get shifted on a whim and cause stress for all departments involved.

      Pros

      Unbelievable culture, great leadership, fun company with fair salaries. Its a really exciting space, and the company is growing exponentially, which is really fun, but can be stressful.

      Cons

      Still a scrappy start up mentality in many ways, so if you're looking for something secure and stable, where your career path is a foregone conclusion, it is not your place. But there is plenty of opportunity here for the taking, and hard work is acknowledged and rewarded.

      Pros

      Rapidly growing, international company that is changing the way the world works. You get to consult for and work with some of the world's most exciting startups. An incredible adventure. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to travel, manage people from different cultures and work on the insides of some of the world's most exciting startups.

      Cons

      Early stage start up that can't always afford to pay market rates for top talent. Very hard working environment.
