Excellent environment, the company have one of the best systems in the industry (SAP), top distributor for several brands, you will have all resources necessary to develop your job.

Cons

One of the lowest salaries in the distribution industry, high rotation on the positions, people tend to move to a vendor as soon as possible. The Miami office does not have much options to be promoted, you are basically stuck on your position for a long run.
