Good Pay for the job being required. Great Benefits, including 401K match and annual credits toward Medical coverage. Almost all supervisors & managers I have worked with have been awesome, courteous, and will work with you to achieve their goals (and yours). Atmosphere of non-discrimination Promoting culture - TD wants to promote from within and grow talent More remote work positions since covid-19

Some positions require being in a phone queue Strict hourly attendance & punctuality policies due to the above No unpaid leave (for hourly workers) Super-woke culture, including elements of Critical Race Theory
