Pros
you are in charge of how much you work and when, flat rate reimbursement means you get paid whether insurance pays or not, direct regional director is nice and helpful, small bonuses based on completion of paperwork within 24 hours and a bump based on how long you've been there, not having to do billing, easy to get clients, possible to do all telehealth
Cons
flat rate is low (they did increase it recently), flat rate for couples therapy is lower than an individual session, clinicians don't accrue PTO at the same rate as admin staff - only 1hr for every 30 full hour sessions, sometimes feels like clinicians are pressured to take on more clients, billing issues happen a lot, on the surface the company values are amazing but I don't really feel it. They keep adding sites and clinicians but haven't solved basic support and billing problems. CEO was a clinicians first but just recently brought in people who know business works so some of the problems are just now getting resolved
