Pros
The health benefits for full time employees are very good and affordable. Management is genuinely concerned about their employees both at work and with their personal lives. It's a really fun place to work, you get to help expectant parents with all of their baby purchases. There is great opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. They always prefer to promote from within rather than hire from the outside.
Cons
The pay rate isn't that good, the hours aren't very good, and the vacation time isn't very good. You have to be out of work for a minimum of three days in order to use your sick time. It's difficult to get ahold of anyone at the benefits center if you have questions about anything.
