Pros

Flexible work schedule Get to meet a variety of people Challenging If you have construction experience you will do better than most coming in

Cons

Poor commission structure (10% on gross proffit) So if you do $50,000 in sales, and the gross proffit is $3,000 you only get $300, and TRUST me you work your butt off the more you have in sales. No cell phone allowance until you meet criteria and keep it for a certain length. You are REQUIRED to have a cell phone though. Only $300 a month for milege which covers 800 miles, however you will spend 2-3 times that amount if you are doing your job. POOR communication from upper management and a sense that they just dont care about there employees (this coming from people all over the country) I am fairly new, and have witnessed many things, and I would have to say this is a poor company to work for. I am highly ranked within the company based on sales, and it is amazing to me how high the turnover is.

Pros

Quick advancement and opportunities to make good money.

Cons

The answer to every problem is terminate people. There is no developing people just terminate them if they are not perfect.

Pros

flexibility with schedule insurance and retirement package is good usually a forty hour work week overtime is not manditory decent pay

Cons

if field reps dont work, you dont work paid time off (vacation) is "temporarily" on hold, has been since feb 2009, same thing happened with paid holidays years ago, they never came back. corporate office puts blame on field office, field office puts it back on corporate, can never get a straight answer. if you get laid off for lack of work you lose any vacation time you had built up, you start over considered a new employee. can lose SUBSTANTIAL vacation time
