None don’t work here this isn’t the only place in nm. You can do better don’t settle for garbage.

Cons

Worst most horrible Human Resources people I’ve ever had to deal with. Unprofessional and down right evil. Protect the horrible workers because of their nationality and afraid of law suits. They allow sexual harassment of their good people and if you report horrible things you will be attacked for it by evil HR.

Health insurance PPO plan is good. Employer matching on 401k is good.

Cons

Top heavy company. Too much work for too little pay. Fill positions based on friendships. Put poor people in leadership who have no people skills and are micro managers.
