The work is rewarding, challenging, and engages critical thinking and collaboration. You know you are making an impact in patients lives. The technology is very interesting, you learn a lot of amazing skills

Cons

Pay does not match national median for this position and workload (~35/hr), Lots of personality issues with management, easy to feel like you are not being heard or supported. Overtime is frowned upon but often necessary. Always left shifts feeling exhausted.
