      TriNet doesn't follow proper Kanban methodologies even though it is supposed to. If employee talks and questions more then they will be laid off with proper 2month plan. They keep employees who doesn't work properly even at senior positions like director or product management etc So at the end , NO job security . No career path defined even after GCC is opened since 2yrs . No proper feedback channel during appraisals. Manager can quietly trouble employees during midyear or year end appraisals

      Pros

      Leadership in India is enabling things for colleagues, while it is taking time yet it is happening. Truly believe that we are going in the right direction. While there is a push to becoming successful, it is inevitable in every US based company we need to overcome time zone barriers. Visibility on the latest changes is quite clear and we are empowered to take actions. Leadership invest on learning and development.

      Cons

      Changes are happening frequently, I understand but can be mitigated. Salary is good but can be better.
