Pros

Once a great company with good direction with focus on its employees. People do the right thing for their Clients. Good senior leaders in IT, Products, Operations, HR, Marketing, Not sure about Finance yet

Cons

Its rather simple, the new legal management team has run-off the people that actually know how to run this complex business. The legal team has been gifted authority to make it so difficult to do anything its crazy. I have never seen anything like it ever. Legal is micromanaging a multibillion dollar company yet are unresponsive to critical inquiries. People are afraid of legal and he apparently is a bully and openly refers to our Pres as a rodent and says he can fire anyone at any time./rather disrespectful and caviler/

Pros

Absolutely love the people I work with, the culture within he company is great. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. My fellow teammates are very helpful and are always looking to assist. The benefits are top notch as compared to other companies I have been to.

Cons

There is absolutely no opportunity for growth and upper management do not take care of their employees (no flexibility, being made to feel guilty about taking any kind of leave, will not make the effort to make decisions when an employee needs assistance, feel very undervalued). In general it seems the company is a little confused on where they are heading. I foresee a very bleak outcome.
