      I work in the Orange County office and we have the most amazing culture. It's about winning, collaborating and finding success.

      Cons

      This is a very complex sale with a long learning curve. If you can make it past the first year, it is very rewarding.

      TriNet has the best company culture I have ever experienced.

      Pros

      Company culture is based on core values, which aren't just a motivational poster. Company invests in employees by providing excellent benefits. Managers schedule regular 1-on-1s with direct reports. Divisions have regular all-hands meetings for communication. One TriNet - company attempts to make all company office locations plus remote workers feel connected as part of one company and accomplishes this mission. Lots of extra perks like a wellness mall, personal development classes, colleague resource groups, etc.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that the job title system needs an overhaul. There are many people often on the same team who do the same job, but have different job titles based on when they were hired or if they were part of a merger/acquisition. I realize this is a small thing and is kind of splitting hairs, but GlassDoor requires a "con" and it has to be at least 5 words.

      Beware of TriNet ISO in Bradenton. The culture is toxic and your success is based upon luck of the draw. If you're set in a difficult territory you will not succeed.
