Pros

The culture is amazing and fun, has a family and entrepreneurial feel. The CEO is the original founder, an engineer and amazing to work with and for. Everyone is on the rising ship and success of the company is shared with employees. Good compensation, ice cream day and Friday socials.

Cons

Not much to complain about. For me the location in Westport is beautiful but required a move. Commuting to the Westport office requires a car and Westport is not convenient to airports.

Fast paced, always something new to learn, great benefits and pay, new challenges to overcome

Cons

Sometimes it can be overwhelming running low on resources in crunch times which can make work/life balance hard. 0 work from home policy also doesn't help the work/life balance.

Pros

Triple Point provides very competitive compensation, a challenging and rewarding environment with a lot of room to grow for employees who "deliver". Here you have the ability to impact the business and an opportunity to work on financial applications built on cutting edge technology. While the focus is on growth, Senior management makes an honest effort to react to employee feedback by changing processes as appropriate. I have been here for 13 years and that may seem a lot for an outsider, but within Triple Point, there are many long timers. Must be a good reason that majority of the people stick around, right? It has been an absolute pleasure to work in this company, which is now the leader in Commodity management space!

Cons

No company is perfect, and so is Triple Point. But the pros out-shadow the cons by far, that they are not even worth mentioning.
