Pros

The pay is great for entry level. They train you VERY throughly. The benefits are out of this world.

Cons

The work load will drive you into the ground. The micro managing is hard to get over. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons

Pros

Benefits are solid. Time off. Matching contributions to 401k. Medical insurance. Paid family leave.

Cons

Metrics designed to have the customer service rep fail. You can never really advance unless someone takes you under their wing and advocates for you. Pay is not great. Do not expect to make enough to support a family.
