Pros

Love their Members. Opportunities. Campus. Annual bonus. Holiday bonus. Holiday party. Overall atmosphere and culture. Strong community involvement. PTO opportunities.

Cons

Militaristic. Micro management. Difficult to get in - as in difficult to be hired. Lack of flexibility. They back their leadership over front line employees no matter what. Very much a CYA environment.

Pros

The paycheck keeps you from becoming homeless.

Cons

Everyone is just out for themselves. If you even call the help line, half of the time they do not even truly help you. Stop letting the members act like babies and hold them accountable. I have never been verbally disrespected as much as when I worked with members who chose to pay their bills late. Why have a billing department if you are going to make insurance agents take billing calls. Hire billing agents who will stop avoiding calls by constantly transferring them.

Pros

Excellent benefits and fair pay

Cons

Treated like toddlers while being monitored and graded on things that are mostly out of individual control.
