Pros

If you work hard and take advantage of the training, you could do well. The bonus compensation structure and health benefits are generous. The management are helpful and supportive and will help another location or department without hesitation. Company culture is really about team work and family. It is demonstrated everyday.

Cons

The sales cycle can be very long. One must have patience and professional persistence. Sometimes there is later workdays or early mornings. Somedays there is a lot of windshield time.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in this industry. The pay is great. Management is great. One of the greatest thing about this company is they invest in you.

Pros

If you're looking for a free workout (changing floor mats, hauling dirty laundry, and hustling all day long), this is a great job. I enjoyed working independently and being able to complete my route on my time/terms. I also enjoyed the customer interaction and level of control I was given over my accounts. The GM at the Cleveland location is FANTASTIC, but he can't fix the things he is unaware of or that are out of his control due to corporate restrictions.

Cons

Interdepartmental conflict all the time-- whenever anything went wrong instead of just fixing it, everyone wanted to point fingers. The truck fleet is VERY UNSAFE, multiple drivers breaking down on a weekly basis, I was personally in two different trucks that stopped dead on the freeway in traffic (in the same week). Middle management/direct supervisors only care if you finish your route, keep piling on work. Work 50-60 hours a week, commission only, no overtime. RSRs often put in position to lie to customers due to mistakes at the plant/office caused by someone else. Overall, just needs a lot of work in the communication/management structure and daily operations.
