Pros

They have gotten a lot of funding, and they've got a good start up culture. They provided free lunch and snacks on a lot of days.

Cons

A lot of things were broken because they were growing so fast. Management wasn't the best at training.

I'm the CEO of UserTesting and I'd like to respond to this review by pointing out that: > We have a management training program and our managers receive monthly one-on-one training from an experienced management consultant; > Our compensation is guided by a salary survey used by the top venture capital firms and our pay levels are generally above the 75th percentile levels of companies of our stage and size; we have a well defined career path for our UX researchers > We provide ongoing UX training to our employees through our in-house "UT University" which is a custom program created by our lead UX strategist who previously was the lead UX trainer for NNG, one of the world's leading UX consultancies.

Pros

UserTesting is a place where your creativity is never hindered - everyone is always looking for a way to work better, more efficiently, and provide more for our clients and internal teams. I've seen it grow over the past coupe of years, continually adding benefits and making sure your feedback is heard - good or bad - for the betterment of the company. It's exciting to know your voice is heard, and to see continual improvement, satisfaction, and results!

Cons

As a startup company, the compensation is adequate but not necessarily competitive. They make up for it in other ways, like making it a fun place to work and ensuring that you'll see the benefits long-term. It is a startup so it will definitely pay off!
