Cons

- Terrible handling of the UserZoom merger - Constant RIFs and turnover - Unclear product roadmap - Company culture has become very corporate after being acquired by private equity

Pros

So they took me on -- laid me off 1 month before the annual raise and level up -- highest performer in my role -- kept the severely underperforming new hire -- re-opened the position in a different country -- the re-opened same position in my country couple months later -- interviewed me for same role and said no -- then they laid off a bunch of their directors and many other people in the company. -- i basically joined just as the CEO was making his exit and selling company in a merger agreement.

Cons

i mentioned them in above section
