      Pros

      Decent place to work, benefits are OK, vacation is good. Overall it is not a bad place to work and pay is OK not great, advancement possibilities, and good benefit for school tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Lots of mandatory overtime, lack of respect for doing a good job. Managers tend to micro-manage instead of trusting employees. No respect for employees who constantly perform above and beyond, they just expect more from you than other persons receiving the same pay.
