Great company. Benefits are good. Working from home and has some flexibility when it comes to family life. Management supports employee growth .

Cons

Not a lot of open positions to continue to work your way up or grow within a career. Most positions are a lateral move.

Collaborative culture, great work life balance, big efforts for diversity and inclusion. Decent compensation + benefits package. Adjusting to remote workforce well.

Cons

Base pay a little lower than market (sacramento). Tech stack (for developers) is pretty solidified/not too much room for implementing a solution outside of company’s favorite flavor of language/framework.
