      Actively seeking disruption opportunities to offset existing successful business model. Culture is warm and friendly. Power is in utilizing diverse perspectives across 5 very different lines of business.

      Cons

      Culture can be complacent because of current market success. Sense of urgency is sometimes lacking. Lines of business don't often leverage collaboration opportunities effectively.

      Changing environment fast paced as far as change ,but at times change is made for the sake of change with no future thought of how or what it might impact hardware, software, clients or employees.

      Cons

      Upper management has no respect for employees. Employees are not listened to even when making suggestions for improvement. Be silent and go with the flow to keep a job. If you do speak up you may be told to shut up or labeled a troublemaker.
