Company has progressive policies, provides great work life balance, very good benefits . I worked in IT dept, company is always trying to adapt new technologies.
Cons
I would love to work for VSP again, but does not provide remote work.

The place has great benefits and a really wonderful work life balance. The people are really nice and the mission statement is encouraging.

Work life balance . Good vision care benefit. Good dental benefit. Decent 401k. People are generally good. Central location away from downtown makes easy commute.
Cons
Limited growth potential for bright young people. Company is too slow to changes in industry. Most company products are not profitable. At risk for going out of business. Stagnant leadership. Poor healthcare benefits. Only High deductible plans offered, no comprehensive coverage.
