Pros

There USED to be good people there, most of them are long gone now.

Cons

Poor Management, as mentioned in other reviews the CTO should have been fired long ago...too much attention paid to the Rads and their compensation and not enough to the rest of the employees. Terrible benefits, terrible communication, too many of the top performers are gone now leaving only a few left and those left are waiting for the ax to fall. They've went through 2 CEO's in a little over a year. 3 layoffs in a little over a year...including 48 in one day, a textbook mismanaged company that was once an industry leader.

Floundering

Pros

Ability to find your next position using their company internet :)

Cons

Too much work expected, lack of clear message, and potential deception/mistrust of management communication. Lack of organization. Less experience employees complain openly during the work day about their jobs. Too far from the metro area. Employees disappear for days working from home while others have to pick up the slack. The list could go on. Since doctors work from home it's extended to some employees. Unfortunately offices don't work like Radiology clinics.

Blind Management, Low Morale, Poor Forecasting

Pros

Nice coworkers, flexible schedule, casual dress

Cons

Awful morale, management is rude and clueless, management is absent much too often, benefits are a joke, HR is worthless and very unfriendly, company is floundering. Management thinks having potluck a will boost morale, when in reality they only make people fat which makes our benefits that much worse.

Pros

Decent PTO accrual - aka - more time away.

Cons

Where do I begin? Management has not idea what they are doing. The company sent out a survey to all departments and results were lower than low, everything from morale to trust, and management said "Let's have a potluck". What did they expect? They micromanage and question every move their employees make, including people who have worked there for years. There is absolutely no support from management, none. Growth opportunity? Negative. All they are interested in is having smiling bobble-heads and promotions are handed out in a random, draw the lucky stick fashion. If I have to hear the statement "I'm going to coach you" or "You need to coach them" one more time I might crack. The work environment is so hostile it's miserable, people throwing people under the bus with every chance they get. crapRad is going nowhere fast and I think their turnover rate speaks for itself.

Pros

Some really nice co-workers Location Nice New Building

Cons

By far, the worst place I have ever worked! Management is never wrong and are often rewarded for incompetence and bad business decisions. Absolutely no work/life balance with unrealistic deadlines. Always expected to work long hours and on weekends to meet these deadlines. Very passive/aggressive work environment. There are a few "special" employees that can do no wrong, even when their behavior breaks employment laws.

All the wrong stuff

Pros

None, unless you like being treated like a tool

Cons

Tech organization overly tied up putting out production fires. CTO fails at understanding basic engineering process and assumes he can get a consultant to solve any problems that come up due to poor processes. No technical vision. Mediocre coworkers solving all the wrong problems. Layoffs again and again proving senior management has no clue what they are doing. Fail company

Fast company internet to search for your next position.

Less experience employees complain openly during the work day about their jobs. Too far from the metro area. Employees disappear for days working from home while others have to pick up the slack. Just because doctors work form home doesn't mean it works for technology divisions. Lack of respect for employee rights. The list could go on.

Pros

Casual dress code, handful of great employees that get it.

Cons

If i could make my rating a negative star i would. I agree w everything others are saying, and i find it interesting that just last week all the CO's were canned. Rick, Bronwyn and another dude and the email stated it's to hold ppl accountable. They are cleaning house but not near soon enough. Bad benies--over $200/month for single coverage on just the basics-health/dental/vision, bad corporate office ppl, bad management, no supervision, no accountability, no respect, HR once flat out told me they weren't there for me, they were there to interpret the policies to me. and that's a quote. they promote the worst possible ppl for new jobs they don't even post for. If i'da known then what i know now, i wouldnt have said yes when they pursued me.
