Pros

They have hired people in customer service with little to no titles that have worked there for years that help newer employees faster than your supervisor.

Cons

Their database has not changed or updated in years. Their style of operation in customer service is bound to fail. Their systems run behind and are outdated. The calls are back to back and you have no time to work on calls that are not normal (more than 50% of your calls) without it counting against you. There is no communication between departments. The same problems happen over and over because nothing is input to fix the customers problems. It is expected to figure it out as you go or patronizing “woosah “ “it’s not so bad” It is. The customers are terrible because they have expected terrible service due to mass franchization, customers don’t have another option. When customers are escalated you are expected to handle the call until the supervisors are tired of hearing you as for their help. This company in whole fails to realized the utmost importance of ensuring employees feel supported. I expect the same response that was given to similar reviews two years ago. Nothing is different, this company makes too much money to care about the individuals who may be struggling. The training is terrible. You will not be supported. This company continues to wash over with blanket statements because production is all that matters.

Pros

Work hard give 120% and after 10 to 20 or moore years. You will be in the same position maby $2 or $3 moore an hr whith 2 moore weeks vacation . It's the highest paying day care center in newengland .great place to work good luck.

Cons

They will stalk you every minute you are on the clock.If your in cab cam goes off you will be written up for nose picking.So please use a tissue. You will be promised the world.Most unethical place to work .You will be treated as the trash you haul.Use them before they use you .

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Good downtown location.

Cons

Within IT Infrastructure, Director level and above is a joke. There is no accountability above manager. Double standards and politics are the norm. There is no advancement opportunities. Directors and VP's make sure of that. They do not want anyone to cut into their bonus pool. Frequently flat out lied to about promotions and salary increases. You are just a number. Zero loyalty or reward for going above and beyond. Also, huge push to offshore to India. Very low moral and horrible working conditions.
