We appreciate your feedback We’re glad to hear that you value the incentives and opportunities available in the CSM role at Whatfix. We acknowledge your feedback on flexibility. As a global organization, we follow an in-office-first approach to foster collaboration and efficiency. However, to provide some flexibility, employees have the option of two WFH days per month. We continuously evaluate our policies to ensure a balanced and productive work environment. We appreciate your contributions and look forward to supporting your continued success at Whatfix.

Pros

1. Strong and reputable customer base 2. Exceptional solutions and product team 3. Talented and highly motivated individual contributors 4. Effective product 5. Outstanding CTO

Cons

The issue primarily lies within management, as the workplace culture has become increasingly toxic. It appears that Whatfix has not taken significant action, given that its Glassdoor rating has been steadily declining over the past two years. It is crucial for Whatfix to take its POSH policies seriously, this matter requires immediate attention from HR. I am aware that talented employees have left the organization due to certain leaders who have overstepped boundaries without accountability. While it is a positive step that some of them have been removed, had this been addressed sooner, Whatfix could have retained valuable talent.
