Decent Place if you are with the right manager

Pros

Each manager is different and the way they extract work also is different, if you have the right manager, you will have a great time here. Learning is massive, work life balance is great, in the last three years, not once I have used my laptop on a weekend.

Cons

Work from Office can be difficult but personally speaking work from office is better considering the fact that you can get more work done from office than home Stay away if you are not customer friendly. Customer is always right here, which I feel is good
