Great Culture, Team & Company!

Pros

Transparent management and leaders, HR team is top notch, fun culture and off site all employee events (several per year), family environmental, work hard/play hard attitude, fast paced, company has grown exponentially in the 2 years that I have been there.

Cons

The only reason why I am leaving is because I moved away due to spouse relocation. No cons about the company/team in general. Very fast working environment due to company growth (not a bad thing in my opinion), but you need to be able to keep up. :)

Pros

Good salary, good benefits.

Cons

Parent company has no idea how to run the newly acquired company. New President is wondering without a strategy - but, hey, she looks the part. Engineering sees how pathetic it is and most are simply drawing an above-market salary and keeping their mouths shut.

Pros

Started out great as a growing, caring team of people with goals. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

All the negative reviews are pretty accurate, but I wouldn't aim the negativity at all of the people in HR. That team has lost some amazing people in the last 3 years. The current climate is that no one on that team wants to speak up for fear of repercussions from CHRO, expectations are very high and almost impossible when you don't replace people who left or they are replaced by incompetents who don't understand how to listen to people. It's sad to observe what one executive can do to a culture and push good people out the door.
