Pros

- Company pays above market, even for under-qualified individuals. Ball is in your court as a candidate - H&H prefers to throw money and bloated titles at people instead of objectively measuring on experience/contribution. - Yearly company-wide offsite (Hawaii/Mexico), bi-quarterly team offsite

Cons

Toxic Company Culture! I have worked in a number of different organizations of varying size and remote/hybrid environments, H&H hands down has the worst culture of any company I have ever worked at and it starts all the way at the top of the org and works its way down. 1. Mandatory camera on for all zoom meetings 2. Odd expectation of working hours (outside of location specifics) 3. Lots of gossip, trash-talking, and back-dooring by leadership (including Exec team) 4. Little to no feedback, constructive or actionable, provided about performance - preferred method of feedback at H&H is gaslighting. 5. Very little efforts/attention put on Diversity and Inclusion - 'not a priority at this time' 6. Minimal opportunities for internal advancement/professional growth 7. Lack of Trust from leadership/Lack of empowerment felt by employees to operate as experts within their particular specialities 8. Absolutely atrocious internal communication practices, at all levels. No one ever seems to receive the same message or have any idea about what is going on.

Pros

-Coworkers are wonderful and supportive.

Cons

They will advertise as having unlimited PTO, wonderful work/life balance, and opportunities to move up in the company which is all false. They will continue to add responsibility onto your plate, but not offer compensation for it. During the interview process they portrayed the role to be something completely different and should have known it was too good to be true. Overtime was not mentioned in the interview process but does happen occasionally. Certain supervisors are kind and do try to have their team members’ best interest at heart, but most of them are unprofessional, abrasive, and petty. The culture is toxic, stressful, and disorganized- typical burnout culture. Do your yourself and your mental health a favor and do not apply here. Things are constantly changing- almost daily and the lack of communication is astounding. Overall, probably one of the worst and most unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked for.

Pros

Fully remote, nice people on the individual contributor level, fast-paced and energizing

Cons

Stock price is terrible and lots of efforts to cover up racism, transphobia, homophobia. Multiple employees have left for discrimination reasons and the company genuinely does not care about their people. Middle management is inexperienced and toxic.
