Pros
- Company pays above market, even for under-qualified individuals. Ball is in your court as a candidate - H&H prefers to throw money and bloated titles at people instead of objectively measuring on experience/contribution. - Yearly company-wide offsite (Hawaii/Mexico), bi-quarterly team offsite
Cons
Toxic Company Culture! I have worked in a number of different organizations of varying size and remote/hybrid environments, H&H hands down has the worst culture of any company I have ever worked at and it starts all the way at the top of the org and works its way down. 1. Mandatory camera on for all zoom meetings 2. Odd expectation of working hours (outside of location specifics) 3. Lots of gossip, trash-talking, and back-dooring by leadership (including Exec team) 4. Little to no feedback, constructive or actionable, provided about performance - preferred method of feedback at H&H is gaslighting. 5. Very little efforts/attention put on Diversity and Inclusion - 'not a priority at this time' 6. Minimal opportunities for internal advancement/professional growth 7. Lack of Trust from leadership/Lack of empowerment felt by employees to operate as experts within their particular specialities 8. Absolutely atrocious internal communication practices, at all levels. No one ever seems to receive the same message or have any idea about what is going on.
