Environment is tense. There no more fun, laughter or, a long-pong table! They stuffed us in this small office with no where to eat! HR always investigations folks like they the police and we are criminals. All the good leaders left while we are stuck with….ugh. Cali acts like they like us but we all know they don’t. We get the left overs of everything! You think we don’t see it but we do!

- favoritism - toxic environment - lack of support from upper management - out of touch management - turnover on management and agents is insanely high - minimal pay for the workload - what your job entails depends on what others done feel like doing that day - no pay raises even though they say they promote “self progression” here - no growth opportunity unless you’re ready to move to California - AXS is like the stepchild you didn’t really sign up for to AEG - leaving reviews here is the only reason something might be looked into - they don’t really hire from within unless they’ve been accused of being discriminatory to certain people
