Monthly lunches, good benefits for a single person, benefit credit, good coworkers, smart people, flat leadership, yearly company party. The leadership shows that they care especially with the open door policy. Collaborative environment depending on what project you are on. Money towards cell phone

Cons

Not much personal time, benefits are not good for families, you could get stuck on a project you don't like, depending on your project, management could lack social skills.

Lots of projects in public sector. Company senior management cares for its employees.

Cons

Some manager/architect level employees simply lack professionalism and expertise. These people display bias and disrespect to hide their inability.

Pros

Management has very positive attitude towards employees and situations. Willing to work with us in any personal situation. They hire for a person's skill and not for a position.

Cons

HR Department is small and are too busy to respond. Some Director level employees from other IT MNC's are not fit for US work culture. Quite a few employees are unhappy at AST because of some directors.
