      Plenty of room to grow and learn within the company.

      Cons

      With a larger company you don't always get along great with everyone but thankfully most people are willing to try and help or work with the ideas or conflicts you may have.

      This company puts as much into their employees as their customers! Bonuses, quarterly get together's, awards, praise, recognition, prize, build.com gear, benefits, great co-workers, food trucks, parties, everything about this company is great!

      Cons

      uhmmm.... Really early shifts! LOL Sometimes I am not so found of working weekend shifts, but the overtime makes it worth it!

      Pros

      Unlimited potential! This company is all about promoting from within which gives the best, hardest working employees, something to continue to strive for and a reason to stick around and be proud of our company. The Culture at Build.com is awesome and continues to grow. I feel bad for people that don't work here...

      Cons

      If you ever have to move/leave/quit, good luck finding another company that is as much fun to work for! There are maybe a handful of companies that have the culture we do, the few that come to mind are Google & Zappos.
