      Pros

      They bribe you with food on a regular basis. And if you need to gain 20 to 30 lbs this is a good career move.

      Cons

      If you have a mental breakdown over stress from work and seriously think suicide is an option, don't worry they will fire you anyway. Because they don't want to spend the time with you to figure that you don't matter and are utterly replaceable. In fact they would probably rather you die than file for unemployment.

      Clearly from your response here, you had a really negative experience at Build.com. There isn't really much to address here as lots of your accusations are coming from a point of anger and frustration. I hope you find better luck with future employers.

      Negative Reviews "disappear"

      The people that work here are fantastic

      Cons

      Sales leadership fails on a large scale. I have noticed that all of the recent Negative reviews (around a dozen or so) have disappeared. The positive reviews I see are nothing but HR and recruiting attempting to save face and make this company look like a great place to work. It ISN'T. Leadership is awful. When you can find one on the floor, they usually know less about the job than you do. The old saying of "those who can, do. Those who can't, become supervisors."
