Pros

Build has a great atmosphere and most of the employees contribute to making a better product; customer experience. I was fortunate that I worked in a wonderful team, where everyone helped each other improve professionally.

Cons

It's corporate in the sense that the founder sold the company and the bottom line is just that. Raises weren't offered because of under-performance of sales, which isn't necessarily the fault of the staff. And, if you want to get ahead, buy into the culture. All that said, because of the limited options in the ratings, I do approve of the CEO and would recommend it as a possible employer. If nothing else, you'll gain some good experience.

Great from the outside, miserable from the inside

Pros

Great pay to start but long term not so much, beautiful work environment, you can live off the free food they give you its so good, most coworkers are awesome

Cons

You can work there 5 years and not get a raise unless you ask, management has some serious communication issues, policies always changing and they are not loyal to their employees even if theyve been there forever
