+ DocuSign has some very smart and very talented individuals + I am always learning everyday + Sustainability is a great biproduct of what we do

Cons

- Lack of accountability from across the Org - No ownership when things go wrong - No real strategy for global accounts - Little to no real culture, despite promoting an inclusive culture. This is (at best) a tick box exercise, but there is little investment in creating an employee first environment

Good company culture. There's a real spirit of teamwork and collaboration. My management is great. Fair compensation and good benefits.

Cons

Too much turnover in management and also in the AE ranks. Executives seem to be struggling with post-COVID forecasting which has hammered the stock price. Growing pains.

Hybrid Working model being phased in, but everyone enjoys the buzz and connectedness being in the newly opened London office. Great sense of team spirit Opportunities to for career growth and movement between teams to accelerate development COVID brought much needed consideration for work-life balance with many 'DocuSign Cares' initiatives and a thoughtful 'Back to Better' programme Customer Success is a great place to be when customers love your product to begin with Good alignment with values

Cons

Like any company, you can pick out some annoying things that don't work for you personally. There's quite a few. But if you have a mature growth mindset and you're flexible, resilient and open to a high pace of change, then this is a good gig.
