Pros
EQ did a good job of attempting to make the workplace fun, but more important things like professionalism, confidentiality, and respect were thrown to the wayside.
Cons
It is absolutely unfortunate that moving up here is near impossible unless you "know" someone. This is probably the least professional place I have ever worked. A lot of the work groups were more like cliques. Very petty and just overall unprofessional. You cannot trust HR to keep ANYTHING you say in confidence.
