Very low pay. Micromanaged. Glorified call center. Upper leadership pretends to listen but only cares about the bottom line. For the past 2 years they have laid off atleast 20% of their employees only weeks before the holidays with zero notice.

The industry has been hit hard, but the company has made many changes to adapt

Increase in working hours with decrease in pay and commissions.

The company has 2 rounds of massive layoffs. Not due to Covid, but due to financial issues. The way they handled the layoffs was ruthless and out of the blue. They are now making agents who were remote, to come back to the office in the middle of a pandemic and a recession. On top of everything, they constantly are increasing their metrics and they continue to make the commission/ bonus structure more unattainable. The base pay is also way below industry standards

Pay could be a little better, although it was not bad.

Two lay offs from the time I worked and was let go on that second lay off. Pharmaceutical laws are keeping this company from being successful. Hard to sell a product you don’t trust when customers constantly call in to complain about mistakes or delivery delay. Small tasks are delayed by a week or two not sure now that they may be understaffed. Customers may not be getting the best service out there for mail order if big pharma doesn’t stop monopolizing insurance benefits.

It's cold calling. The constantly changing goals, shifting away from making a sale to making more calls. Very high turn over rate. No growth.

Worked here during covid and unfortunately was layed-off, but was not clear on why. The company continued to hire people after they layed-off a group of people, so it made no sense.

The pay was good. That’s about it.
