* Pretty liberal PTO policy * Decent pay * A handful of senior managers with good character, just not enough to form a majority

Cons

* Appears more concerned with revenue than anything else * Caddy behavior from Managers/Employees * Unprofessional atmosphere much like a high school complete with a "pep rally" mentality - it's very weird * Not what it appears to be at all * Leadership not teachable - very troubling * Feels like a dictatorship * Micromanagement abounds

you'll never have time to do your work. it's calls all day.

Cons

Leadership is very far removed from the day to day tasks. They(leadership) are also very petty and lack decorum. They cuss each other out in calls and yell at the poor dev team in India all the time. CEO (Carl) sits in on calls like a creep and that makes the managers act like the school principal is in the room. weird unhealthy work culture vibes.
