Worse company ever - Medical Receptionist EquiScript Employee Review

The patients get the worse service from this company. They are always changing processes to try and make things better but they are just worried about the insignificant things. They don't care about their patients. The patients never get medications on time because they care more about which patients can make them money and not about all the patients that they continue to enroll, despite the fact that they know they can't service them, so they waste the patients time. If you want to work in a place where there are constant issues that do not get resolved, apply here. If you're okay with patients constantly getting upset, this is the perfect place to work. As you see, most good reviews are from similar time period because they told their employees to write good reviews to increase their rating. Good luck.
