Pros

The company is growing and consistently promotes individuals who display the core values the company was founded on. Integrity, service to the customer (both internal and external), a strong work ethic, and a desire to think outside of the box in order to problem solve and move the company forward. The patient and the client is first in the decision that are being made and leadership is consistently challenging not only the team, but themselves as to how to exceed expectations at every level. With that challenge comes growing pains that while uncomfortable, are necessary for any business.

Cons

As is the nature with any company, business growth, changes in the industry, changes in leadership, as well as changes in the world all cause a company to shift and change. Sometimes during these changes employees cannot adapt and therefore no longer find the company attractive nor can they successfully thrive. This happens in every business and in every industry. Unfortunately, individuals outside of the company can't see a lot of that to understand what's happening (a con) and like any feedback process, 90% of feedback will be negative and only shared by those who were unhappy with the changes (a con).

Pros

you'll never have time to do your work. it's calls all day.

Cons

Leadership is very far removed from the day to day tasks. They(leadership) are also very petty and lack decorum. They cuss each other out in calls and yell at the poor dev team in India all the time. CEO (Carl) sits in on calls like a creep and that makes the managers act like the school principal is in the room. weird unhealthy work culture vibes.
