Pros

This company is built on a great core foundation of providing support to the underserved. It’s rewarding to help these patients across the country. There are such smart and driven employees at Equiscript, and it is a pleasure to work with them. The time off policy is the most generous I have ever encountered, and the leadership team goes out of its way to be flexible with working hours.

Cons

Expected growing pains with a smaller company.

you'll never have time to do your work. it's calls all day.

Cons

Leadership is very far removed from the day to day tasks. They(leadership) are also very petty and lack decorum. They cuss each other out in calls and yell at the poor dev team in India all the time. CEO (Carl) sits in on calls like a creep and that makes the managers act like the school principal is in the room. weird unhealthy work culture vibes.
