Pros

Awesome coworkers who are always supportive, generous PTO, work remotely, good bonus and pay structure.

Cons

First thing you need to know about the sales dept is that it is 100% cold calling. They tell you the leads are warm, but they aren’t. They have no idea who you are or who the company is. If cold calling isn’t for you, then think about looking somewhere else. Second, the new management doesn’t understand what “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” means. He wants to leave his legacy behind him in this company on how he made improvements to something that was working well and efficiently to begin with. Changing things that don’t need to be changed. He doesn’t understand our culture or process, he just wants to see an increase in the output of all departments. Overall, there's been a significant declined over the last year and it's not looking like it will improve.

We appreciate your feedback. We do recognize that our inside sales position is a challenging job at any company. We sere patients who lead challenging lives. Not everyone is open to change when it comes to how their medication is delivered and while yes we do recognize that at times our calls can feel like cold calls they are truly warm since we call on behalf of a location where they are already a patient. I understand that at first change can be difficult but changes in our processes are necessary in order to see improvement for our patients and even in your sales commissions. It seems you are a current employee please feel free to reach out directly and we can review those concerns together.

Pros

you'll never have time to do your work. it's calls all day.

Cons

Leadership is very far removed from the day to day tasks. They(leadership) are also very petty and lack decorum. They cuss each other out in calls and yell at the poor dev team in India all the time. CEO (Carl) sits in on calls like a creep and that makes the managers act like the school principal is in the room. weird unhealthy work culture vibes.
