Pros

Ability to work remote. Flexible work environment.

Cons

Very low pay. Micromanaged. Glorified call center. Upper leadership pretends to listen but only cares about the bottom line. For the past 2 years they have laid off atleast 20% of their employees only weeks before the holidays with zero notice.

Layoffs are never easy, but we took a lot of time and care to make the decision and it was not easy. We hope that you are able to find your next position quickly and grow in your career. Markets change and when that happens leaders must make difficult decisions.

Pros

you'll never have time to do your work. it's calls all day.

Cons

Leadership is very far removed from the day to day tasks. They(leadership) are also very petty and lack decorum. They cuss each other out in calls and yell at the poor dev team in India all the time. CEO (Carl) sits in on calls like a creep and that makes the managers act like the school principal is in the room. weird unhealthy work culture vibes.
